Advertisers are Informed that letters addressed to a nom de plume or initials, care of any Post Office, will not in future be delivered by the Postal Department. To enable advertiser* to obtain delivery of their replies when addressed to a Post Office it will be necessary tor them to insert their full names as well as their addresses in their advertisements.
