AN 'ALARMING REPORT.
CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE CAMPAIGN.
SERIOUS DEVELOPMENTS FEARED.

The Australian Press Association learns that official cables from India foreshadow serious developments should the threatened civil disobedience campaign, which is due to start on January 31, spread to' other areas besides Badoli and Faluk. It is said that the mass of inflammable material is so great that the possibility of widespread disturbances in the near future cannot be ignored.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
