The -weather was fine, but a. wind was (Wowing, across the range. Prior ‘to ’.Saturday's competition Rifleman 1L Ei* Paul was ih tho lead, with H: Peattio lying second and A. Pan! third. In the fin al_ competition Rifleman M, Paul (scratch) considerably increased his lead by putting on a very • creditable score of' 65 points, winning the competition with the 'unusually fine performance of 65 points in bofh competitions to count, making 130 oat of « possible I,4o,points,- Conditions;--Three competitions, two.beet to,count; seven shots (optional sigh tor) at. 300 and 500 yards; handicap limit, 65 points; first and second prizes) Scores: — 300yds. 600yds.
