Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, Jannary 29 The Imperial Budget for the year ending March, 1925,. shows an estimated balance of 288 milliards of marks, including 183 milliards for the carrying out of the Peace Treaty. A Bill empowers the Minister of Finance to contract a loan of 183 milliards of marks to meet non-recur-ring extraordinary expenditure; also, to issue milliards of Treasury bonds.
