ELECTION OF OFFICERS, (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 27. During the last few days the Executive Council of the New Zealand Bank Officers’ Guild, comprising 37 delegates from different parts of the dominion, has been holding the third annual conference of the guild.
