[A message published on Monday stated: On the application of Harold Lloyd, solicitor, Cardiff, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of George Hunt on a charge of obtaining £SOO by false pretences from a professional backer. Lloyd stated that the matter is connoted with a bogus turf scheme, by which it is alleged ' that three and o-half millions sterling were obtained from people in various parts of the country. The money was obtained as the result of advertisements guaranteeing a dividend or interest varying from £lB to £5 weekly.]
