Widdowaon, S.M.) t Drunkenness —Frederick Olsen Peterson, h who was charged with drunkenness, agreed b l<s taka out a prohibition order against him- I) self, and was then fined 10s, in default 24 a hours' imprisonment.—Sub-inspector Eccles s' said that the accused had accidentally fallen through a plate-glass window, valued at £33 ft 10s, the property of Mr S. Ahum. As, how- v ever, it had been a pure accident, the accused could not be charged with committing f ] mischief. j Maintenance Order.—George Patrick Baekeville was remanded to Martinborough to answer a charge of failing to comply with a maintenance order to support bis wife and two children.
