The Appeal Court it Naples has finally - settled litigation -which lasted for five centuries and , -which involved £207,000,000,000. Early in the fifteenth century Emperdr Charles V gave Hector Bothm, his Chief Master of, the Horse, iron mines, watercourses. and forests spread ovet a large part of Calabria. Bothen’s heirs have been seeking the confirmation of these rights' which were confiscated in the sixteenth century. The Appeal Court confirmed the confiscation. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
