' Herein, January 1. •• A company, capitalised at 200,000,000 mark, has been formed in Munich to construct the Ehine-Main-Danube \ canal to link the North Sea and the Black Sea. It is estimated that the work will take 20 years /to complete. The Central and the Bavarian Governments and industrial banking and shipping interests are represented on the Board of Directors.-*-Reuter.
