Hart ( formerly clerk of the. court at Wanganui, who has been transferred on promotion to Dunedin as clerk of the Magistrate’s Court, was farewelled by a representative gathering of the Wanganui Bar on Saturday last. Mr N. G. Armstrong, prresiident of the Law Society, said that Mr Hart had during his nine years* residence in Wanganui controlled the court office work with great efficiency." Mr G.
