PORT MOLYNEUX SPORTS
The Port Molyneux Caledonian Society will hold its fifty-fourth, annual sports meeting at Wilsher Bay on Monday, January 2, when a thoroughly enjoyable crating may be anticipated. The sports ground is situated in one of the most picturesque spots in Otago, and an attractive programme of events has been arranged, covering a wide range of athletic and dancing contests. The officials of the society, including the president (Mr W- oa3> rick) and the secretary (Mr A. M. Wylie), are thoroughly experienced in the work of conducting a sports meeting, - and under their guidance matters may be expected to go forward with the greatest smoothness and harmony. Good prize money is attached to many of the events, and largo entries are expected to he forthcoming.
