The jury has been out for 20 hours and is still undecided.

Mr Gavin M‘Nab, Arbuckle’s chief counsel, concluded his argument by arraigning the State for failing to bring out any definite detailed statement of Virginia Rappe, explaining the injury, and also for the failure to call Mrs Delmont, Who lodged the complaint.
