Late-fea letters at mail van at 8 a.m. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17. For Australian States, South Africa, Egypt, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Mediterranean Ports (per North Express), at 10.15 a.m. (to connect with tho Tahiti at Wellington). Late-fee letters at guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. For Banks Island, Solomon Island, and New Hebrides (per North Express), at 10.15 a.m. (to connect with the Southern Cross at Auckland). Late-fee letters at guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. ■- All parcel mails now close at this office twice daily only—viz., noon and 4 p.m. F. J. Chisholm, Chief Postmaster.
