After a spell of hot, dry weather, a welcome rain set in yesterday afternoon, and fell for some hours. ROXBURGH, March 18. Rain fell here yesterday and last evening and, though late in the -season, will be very beneficial to pasture. Thirty-nine points fell, making to date this month 114 points. HILLGROVE, March 18. Rain set in from the south-west yesterday afternoon, when there wad a faH of 30 ?oints, but the storm was of short duration, t is fine and clear this morning.
