LONDON, January 30. - ; (Received Feb. 1, at 1.10 a-m.) -> Sleepy sickness is puzzling the- doctors and shows signs of spreading in London. - Fifty-five cases have recently been reported. It comes on in the headache and delirium, and most cases axe fatal. Those who recover wear a mask-; like expression. Two hundred and three* cases have been reported in Sweden. The malady is not connected with the African disease, but is presumably associated with ■ hiccoughing influenza, and is mildly;*mifectious. A microbe is supposed to, i the nose and to reach the and N.Z. Cable. -r.'*
