BELGIAN KING OFFERS CUP

(Received Jan. 31, at 9.10 p.m.) The Belgian Ambassador has announced that King Albert has offered a cup emblematic of the yachting championship of the seas for an international Transatlantic race to be held next summer, all the competitors to he sailing yachts without- restrictions as to size or rigging. The start will he from Sandy Hook on July 4, and the finish at Ostend, the course being approximately 3300 nautical miles. Prizes will be offered besides the cup.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
