The ninth annual report to be presented to the. annual meeting of the St. Clair Lifof.aving and Surf-bathing Club tonight is a 3 follows:—"Last year we had to report that owing to the lack of sunshine and also a succession of heavy southerly weather, the surf-bathing season was very unsatisfactory and we Tcgret that similar adverse conditions prevailed throngh the past summer.
