POLITICIAN AND EDITOR. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MONTEVIDEO, September 17. The Minister, of Public Works, Senor Pittamiglia, was slightly wounded by Senor Julio Sosa, editor of the Eldia, in the first duel under a new law legalising duelling. Ihe duel was fought with sabres.
