FuinAT, Mat 14. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, 8.M.) Drunkenness. —A first offender •* and Arthur Duncan were each fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for drunkemwss. —Henry James Hammett, for a similar offence, wa3 fined 10s and 3s cab hire, with the alternative of 48 hours' imprisonment. Prohibition Order.—A prohibition order against a man who had previously been prohibited was' granted on the wiio's application.
