Tfce annual meeting of shareholders -was well attended.
Mr James Walker (chairman of direotors) presided, and in moving'the adoption of the report and balance sheet he said that a good season had been experienced; 311 tons of cheese had .been manufactured, and 2s per lb had been paid to suppliers for butter-fat. Votes of thanks were passed to the directors, secretary, and staff; and to the chair"it!? ? r .i r , services during the year. Mr Andrew Moore was elected chairman of directors for the ensuing year.
