DEATH. SMITH.—On May 24, at Wainui, Lindis Crossing, Trooper William Duncan (6th Reinforcements), dearly beloved husband of Jessie Griffith, second son of William and Elsie Smith (of Duncdin), and grandson of tho lato Mr and Mrs Donald M'Lennan (of H.iwea Flat); in his 25th year. So loved, so mourned. IN MEMORIAM.
