(Received March 16, at 5.5 p.m.) Despatches from Archangel state that Bolshevist forces fiercely attacked the village of Vistaoka, on the Vaga front. Although the Allies were greatly outnumbered the Red Guards were repulsed with heavy losses.—A. and N.Z. Cable. DEALING WITH MUTINEERS. TROTSKY'S METHODS. ( HELSINGFORS, March 14. (Received March 17, at 0.5 a.m.) _ A Bolshevist artillery division mutinied in Petrograd, refusing to go to the Baltic front. A regiment of the Old Imperial Guard was ordored to suppress the mutiny, but joined the mutineers, killing several' Bolshevist officials. Trotsky then rushed the notorious Chinese division from Moscow, and quelled the mutineers with unbridled slaughter. The remainder -were imprisoned.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
