THE ARMISTICE
NEGOTIATIONS BROKEN OFF. PARIS-, March 13. (Received March 16, at 5.5 p.m.) Le Matin, reports that the German military delegates at Posen have broken off negotiations -with the Entente Commission and have left the - city. The immediate canse of the rupture is hoped and believed to be due to the Germans refusal to comply with the Entente's demand to withdraw artillery in the region of D&ntzig.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
