THE ARGENTINE TURMOIL.
NEW YORK January 21. The Herald's Buenos Aires correspond-, ont sa,ji: It is reported that the British Naval Attache may order British ships to leave port ■without cargo. Shippers told the correspondent that this was the beginning of an allied boyoctt against the port of Buenos Aires unless the strike is settled soon.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
LONDON, January 23. ■ (Received Jan. 26, at 5.30 p.m.) Despatches from Buenos Aires say that 26 vessels have left the harbour because the strike has not been settled.
