George Morrison (Beaumont), olaim £6 10s for clothing supplied, with costs (£1 12s 6d); John Brown v. William Rosbatoh (Oamaru), claim '£3 10s 6d, for coal supplied, with costs (lfe); Scoullar and Chisholm v. Henry William Thompson (Napier), daim £1 15s, balance of an account of which particulars had previously been supplied, with costs (Sβ); Murray, Roberts, and Cβ. v. Thomas M. Muir (Palmerston), claim £9 Ms 8d for goods supplied, costs (£1 & 6d).* *
