CONSENT TO INTERNMENT. AMSTERDAM, December 18 (Received. Dec. 20, at 11.15 p.m.) General Mackensen demanded that his army should be allowed to march through Hungary in accordance with the Spa armistice, but finally assented to internment m accordance with General V Espery s agreement with gary.
