NEW ZEAIAND TBOTTTNG ASSOCIATION.

At a meeting of the New Zealand Trotting Association on Tuesday night it was decided to xefaso an application to transfer the registration of lease of the horse Piinc© Huon, from Braneley White to William. Smith, and to point out : to a firm of solicitors certain requirements in the matter before an application oould bo entertained.

The New Brighton Ticrttiug Club wrote, asking whether certain payments in connection with the 1919 a,nd 1920 >fow Zealand Derbies and ! nominations for the 1921 Derby after tie advertised time of closing were in order, the circumstances being explained. The. boarcb decided that the payments and nominations were not' in order, and declared, them null and void.

The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club forwarded en explanation by A. Butterfield as to his riding of General Wiltes in a .race at the November meeting. The explanation was .accepted. It wae decided to reply to an application from the Ranfnrly Racing Club to organise an all-trotting programme that, as the ohib was a nOTi-totalisator one, it could not arrange for moro than three trotting races.
