AERIAL NAVIGATION
THE QUESTION OF REGULATION. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE RECOMMENDED. LONDON, November 25. (Received Nov. 26, at 7.25 p.m.) Tho Civil Aerial Transport Committee recommends the immediate summoning of an international conference to draft aerial regulations. The committee insists that legislation should assert the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the Crown over the air superincumbent upon all parts of the British dominions and territorial waters, and should also safeguard civilian rights against falling aeroplanes. There •was a, general disposition to leave the commercial exploitation of the air to private enterprise.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
