EXTENSION DECIDED ON. Australian and N.Z. -Cable Association and Router. LONDON, September 21. Should recruiting fail and conscription becomes necessary the preliminary steps to enforce conscription can be taken only when Parliament is sitting, and therefore cannot be taken before October 15.
