FRENCH.—On September 9, 1918, killed in action on tho Battlefield of France, 31120— L*i neecorporal Thomas French (North Auckland Company, 20th Roinforeoments), beloved third son of Charles and Helen French, Ravensbourno; aged 30 years.—Auckland papers please copy. MOFFAT.—On August 25, killed in action " Somewhere in France," William Robert (12th Reinforcements), beloved son of Margaret and the late James Moffat (late of Rattray street, Dunedin); in his 31st year. Ho did his duty nobly. RANDALL. —On August 28, killed in action, No. 49287—Private Christopher 0. Randall (28th Specialist Company), dearly beloved youngest son of Mrs James Benzie (Kaka Point), and brother of G. T., E. L., and A. R. Randall, and Mrs A. E. Hunt (Waikouaiti); aged 24 years. WHITE—On September 2, 1918, killed in action " Somewhere in France," Corporal Reginald White (22nd Reinforcements), beloved youngest son of tho late Janet White, St. Clair; aged 22 years. Another young life for his Country. IN MEXIORIAM. WOOD.—In loving memory of Sergeant John Wood (N.Z.M.C.), who died on September 23, 1916, on board s,s. Pateena, en route to Wellington to bid farewell to his son, Sergeant N. L. F. Wood, of the 17th Reinforcements. —Inserted by his loving wife and family.
