SLIGHT ENEMY ACTIVITY. BRITISH ACTIVITY INTENSE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association and Router. LONDON, September 19. (Received Sept. 20, at 10.30 p.m.; Sir Douglas _ Haig's aviation report states: Til ere is slight enemy activity. On Wednesday we brought "down four hostile machines and drove down ■ three uncontrollable; four British machines are missing. Aeroplanes assisted advancing troops, and bombed and machine-gunned the enemy. We dropped 16 tons of bombs during the last 24 hours. Our anti-aircraft guns brought dawn ono hostile machine on Monday, and machine-gun fire from the ground brought down another on Tuesday.
