COMPLIMENTARY CONCERT

The- King's Theatres could not liavo held a great many mora persona last ni;>lit. when a complimentary oonoert was tendered to the members of tho Vivian family, who are about to join tho Fuller circuit. The Vivians liave appeared before tho public on many occasions, a?id :iro rocognised as cupablo entertainers, albeit soino of them are still juveniles, and several Ladies and gentlemen liad thought it only right that their departure from Dunedin should not be allowed to puss unnoticod; hence the complimentary concert. Two of the most energetic ladies in the cause have been Mesdames Geddes and Robinson, while last night Messrs M'Neill and Harvey took a great oeal of work upon themselves, but tnese are only four out of many. Music, dancing, arid rcoitation formed the substantial part of the programme, but there were also several sketches and scenas, and the greatest appreciation of everything presented was shown, many recalls being rnride.
