Of the visitors to the Otago Winter Show, tho probabilities are that, in accord with the general experience, a great many will be suffering with rupture, particularly as regards the farming community, whose vocation necessitates heavy lifting, the most prolific cause of the malady. A serious outcome of this terrible trouble is that it causes the sufferer to be irritable in the extreme, and tends to make life unbearable for all with whom thev come in contact. Especially is this so within the domestic circle.
