GERMAN" AIMS. FROM HAMBURG TO HERAT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, May 22. The Pan-German organ Deutsche Politik is raining a new war cry, " Hamburg to Herat," as the best description of tho German scheme for expansion through Lithuania, IJkrainia, Caucasia, and Persia to Afghanistan. With four new Eastern routes, it argues, Germany can reach tho heart of Asia, and the '' Hamburg to Herat" cry will become the guiding star of Germany's future world economic policy.
