ALLEGED NEGLECT. COMPLAINT AGATNST THE GOVERNMENT. HOKITIKA, May 16. Captain " Tom" Seddon, M.P., in a personal letter to a constituent written from Franco, expresses disgust at tho neglect shown by the Government to the Westland district during his absence on .nilitary duties. The letters ho receives, together with press reports, make it clear that reasonable consideration is not being given to the wants of a growing district. Gaptain Seddon lias written to some of the Ministers complaining of the neglect, which he feels very much under the circumstances, He concludes: " Can I do more except come myself?" sa
