From the publishers we ha-vo received a copy of tho Reason Magazine, which may probably do good work in its advocacy of tho development of New Zealand resources. Tho current number has a chapter entitled " A Land Where Wealth "Was Spread Like a Carpet," in wliieh a history is given of the efforts to develop the ironsand of Taranaki, and Government action is advocated.
