MINING.
A rich discovery of bismuth, wolfram, and molybdenite has been made in the Jingera Mountains, near Wyndham (New South Wales). The reefs average from 3ft to 4ft 6in. Tho bismuth, wolfram, and molybdenite do not occur in pipes, but in continuous reefs.
Regret is expressed by the directors of the Emu Bay Railway Company, Ltd. (T.) that the company is unable to pay anything on account of diebenture coupons representing the half-yearly interest due on January 1. Tho position has arisen chiefly owing to tho heavy expenditure incurred by tho company in replacing the King River bridge, which was washed away last March, and to tho consequent falling off in traffic receipts.
