CASUALTIES AT THE FROM' NEW ZEALAND FIGURES. The Hon. Sir James Allen (Minister of Defence) states that the total casualties (officers and men) of the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces to the latest available date are 39,560, and that the deaths exceed 11,000. Tho total number of casualties to members of the Australian Forces is now 225,874 (says the Argns of January 8).
