Mails for South Sea Islands by next available steamer. Mails for United Kingdom, Expeditionary Forces abroad, America, and all oversea countries, including Avftralia, will be despatched from time b timo by the best route without special notification. Letters usually superscribed " via Suez" should now be superscribed " for first direct steamer. Correspondence for all neutral countries 18 subject to censorship.
