Goorgo Henry Hall (Christchurch), £26 11s 3d, money lent and interest; Scoullar and Chisholm v. Hugh A. Forbes (Tawanui), £3 13s 6d.. for goods; Donald Reid and Co. v. Richard M'Donald (Mosgiel), £1 (h 10d, for chaff, etc.; Hannah Beck v. Herbert, Hodge, £1 5s 6d, for rent; Alexander Campbell v. Edgar Sayers, £1 12s 9d on an account stated; C. ¥. Sundstru-m v. C. D. Butler, £2, amount stated between the parties for damage to premises in Mornington during tho defendant's occupancy; H. Wiso and Co. v. Mark Smith (Knjkonra), £1 10s, for advertising-; same v. David L. Lincoln (Hastings), £1 10s, for advertising.
