Maita for South Sea lelands by next availgfy\e steamer. Mails for United Kingdom, Expeditionary forces abroad, America, and all oversea countries, including Australia, -will be deBpatched from time to time by the best route without special notifioation. Letters usually superscribed " via Suez" should now be superscribed " for first direct steamer." Correspondence for all neutral countries Is subject to censorship. A. T.
