Wednesday, November 28. (Before Mr H. A. Young, S.M.) By-law Breaches. For allowing horses to wander, Andrew George Boyes was fined 5s and costs (7s), while- James Wallace was fined 7s 6d with costs (7s).— —Michael Dennoby was fined 15s and costs (7s) for riding a bicyele on a footpath. For possessing an unregistered! dog, Angus Cameron was fined 6s and costs (7s). Andrew George JBoyes, for driving a vehicle in a negligent manner, was fined £2 and costs (7s). Theft—Roily P. Beste, who pleaded guilty: to a charge of failing to account for £3 Bs, money collected, was remanded till December 12 on the application of the police.
