The following is a summary of the committeo reports to be presented at tho meeting of the Ofcago Hospital and Charitable Aid Board on Thursday evening:— The Benevolent Committee reports haVr mg dealt with 44 cases for relief at a weeddy cost of £17 18s 6d. Casual oases for relief amounting to £167 183 9d have been approved. During the past four -weeks 47 persona havo been admitted to, 14 discharged from, and 8 deaths have_ occurred at the Ota go Benevolent Institution. At presenj; 181 inmates remain.
