Save the Tea Tax by Buying the Most Economical Tea— Since the tea tax is the same for all qualities of tea, you pay less tax in proportion on TIGER than you do on inferior teas. For instance, the tax on a packet of TIGER, which makes 200 cups, is the same as that on the packet of other tea which makes only 150 cups.
