ATTITUDE OP BRITISH LABOUR. PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT OF DELEGATES. _ LONDON, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 8.35 p m.) The Evening Standard says the Labour Executive has adhered to its attitude in regard to the Stockholm Conference, and has appointed delegates. It is rumoured that some members of the executive want to withdraw the Labourites from the Oovcmrnicnti. The Exchange Telegraph Company says the executive has appointed delegates provisionally, and has recommended that passports be applied for. To-night's conference with the ParJamentary Committee dril] discuss fihese decisions.
