DAMAGE DONE IN WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 14. A cyclonic galo that raged yesterday from the north died down in the evening. During the night a southerly sprang up, accompanied by a steady downpour of rain. Considerable damage is reported to fences and gardens, and telegraph and telephone lines were knocked about. '
