AMUSEMENTS.
The current programme at the Octagon Theatre is attract'ng a good deal of attention from the public, and nightly the theatre is well filled. The feature film is that entitled "The L-'ttle Brother," a pretty little love story in which Miss Enid Bennett plays the leading part. Another picture of interest is "The Vow Fulfilled," featuring Billie Burke. The orchestral selections are of an appropriate nature. "The Woman Who Dared" is attracting a good deal of attention at the Plaza Theatre, where it is being screened in conjunction with a _ splendid supporting series to the accompaniment of good music. " A G^ 1 Like That" is the leading drama at_ the Emp-re just now, and apart from this_ fine drama there is a splendid scenic subject of the Perene River, "in Peru, and one or two other excellent pictures.
