WHOLE OF CATALONIA PERTURBED. SERIOUS TROUBLES IN VALENCIA. Prens Association—By Telegraph—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, July 24. The Petit Parisicn's Bai-celona correspondent advises that the situation is serious. The recently-dissolved assembly's manifesto is being, circulated, notwit'lir standing the censorship. It declares that the Government's policy is provocative, and does not satisfy the country's aspirations, and demands the reorganisation of .State and municipal autonomy. The Mayor and Council of Barcelona have resigned, and the whole of Catalonia is perturbed. Six hundred communes adhere to the assembly's programme. There have been serious troubles in Valencia, and several people were killed.
