The strike troubles at Valencia are serious, and bloodshed occurred at the distribution of food. The tramways and the newspapers have stopped. Violent disturbances occurred in the working-clasß quarters. The gendarmerie sought to intervene but were attacked from balconies and windows. Troops are restoring order. MILITARY RULE.
