Heaton Rhodes M.P., said that whatever happened he was going to vote for a very considerable curtailment of hotel hours. Some time ago ho had urged the Government to give the House a load on the question, and there was a probability that this might be done 'As to racing, he thought it could have been cut down by one half instead of by one third, but he did not believe in abolishing racing.
